Terms and conditions for Fjellvåk guiding AS

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in our guided mountain tours and cycling tours, you automatically accept the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these terms carefully before participating in an activity organized by Fjellvåk Guiding AS.

2. Security
a. Participation on our tours requires acceptable physical health. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we consider it to be a risk to the safety of the individual or the group.

b. Follow all instructions given by the guide during the tour to ensure a safe experience for all participants.
​
3. Reservation and Payment
a. To reserve a place on a trip, full payment is required in advance.
​
b. Any cancellations must be made within 30 days before the trip to qualify for a full refund. After this period, refunds will only be given at the discretion of Fjellvåk Guiding AS.

4. Cancellations and Changes
a. Fjellvåk Guiding AS reserves the right to cancel or change trips due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, lack of equipment by the participant or insufficient participation. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.

b. Participants can request changes in dates or trips, depending on availability and by agreement with Fjellvåk Guiding AS.

5. Liability
a. Participants are responsible for being insured against personal injury and loss of personal property during the trip.
​
b. Fjellvåk Guiding AS does not assume responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property during the activity.

6. Photography and Video
Fjellvåk Guiding AS reserves the right to take photographs and video recordings of the participants during the trip for marketing purposes, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the participants.

7. Privacy
Personal information obtained in connection with reservations or participation in tours will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
